The study employs a quantitative causal-associative approach with a sample of 170 active m-banking users selected using simple random sampling and purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected via a 1–5 Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results of the study indicate that: (1) transaction security does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction; (2) ease of use has a significant negative effect; (3) service quality has a significant positive effect and is the most dominant factor; (4) all three variables simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. These findings indicate that Bank NTB Syariah customers with high digital literacy consider security to be a basic factor that is already met, while excessive ease of use is perceived as reducing functionality. Efforts to improve customer satisfaction should focus on enhancing service quality, which includes efficiency, system availability, privacy, and security.
2026-05-18T00:00:00+00:00Hak Cipta (c) 2026 Tractare: Jurnal Ekonomi-Manajemenhttps://journal.stiebpbatam.ac.id/tractare/article/view/196 The Effect Of Work Discipline, Work Environment And Work Motivation On Employee Productivity At PT VME PROCESS In Batam 2026-05-26T03:12:19+00:00 Rhionald Oktofid Riang Hepat victor.garskin@gmail.comImelda Tambaimelday36@gmail.comPilifus Junianto pilifusj@gmail.comJosepin Harianja josepinharianja@stiebpbatam.co.id
This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work environment, and work motivation both partially and simultaneously on employee productivity at PT VME PROCESS in Batam City. This research was conducted using a quantitative research method with a sample size of 60 respondents and data collection using questionnaires. The results of the partial test (t) found that the calculated t value for work discipline was (-0.230) < t table 2.000 with a significance level of (0.819) > α (0.05), indicating that work discipline does not have a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Then, the calculated t value for work environment was 5.406 > t table 2.000 with a significance level of (0.000) < α (0.05), showing that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. After that, the calculated t value for work motivation was 1.901 < t table 2.000 with a significance level of (0.062) > α (0.05), meaning that work motivation does not have a positive and significant effect on work productivity. From the simultaneous test (f), it is known that the f calculated value for work discipline, work environment, and work motivation is 25.958 > f table 2.18, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. This shows that the variables of work discipline, work environment, and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at PT VME PROCESS in Batam City.
2026-05-26T00:00:00+00:00Hak Cipta (c) 2026 Tractare: Jurnal Ekonomi-Manajemenhttps://journal.stiebpbatam.ac.id/tractare/article/view/197 The Role Of Employee Resilience In Moderating The Influence Of Work Motivation And Work Discipline On Work Productivity At PT Natural Foods Sukses Makmur2026-05-26T03:13:57+00:00Robin RobinRobinzheng84@gmail.comFerry HidayatHidayat@gmail.comJayastu JayastuJayastu@gmail.com
The objective of this study is to determine the role of employee resilience in moderating the influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee productivity at PT Natural Foods Sukses Makmur. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method with quantitative data obtained from primary data through questionnaires and secondary data from relevant literature. The population in this study consists of all employees of PT Natural Foods Sukses Makmur, totaling 30 employees, so a saturated sampling technique is used with a total sample of 30 respondents. The results show that work motivation and work discipline have a positive effect on employee productivity, both partially and simultaneously. In addition, employee resilience is proven to strengthen the influence of work motivation on productivity, but it is not able to moderate the influence of work discipline on productivity.
2026-05-29T00:00:00+00:00Hak Cipta (c) 2026 Tractare: Jurnal Ekonomi-Manajemenhttps://journal.stiebpbatam.ac.id/tractare/article/view/199The Influence of E-Wallets and Hedonism in Mediating the Relationship Between Lifestyle and Impulsive Consumption Behavior Among Gen Z Students2026-05-26T03:16:03+00:00Kamelia AstutyKamelia@unived.ac.idTara Julita Eka Putritarajulita0@gmail.comDilla Julia Azzarahdillaazhr72@gmail.comEvi Herlyaminda evi.herlyaminda@unived.ac.id
This study aims to analyze the influence of lifestyle on impulsive consumer behavior, with e-wallets and hedonism as mediating variables, among Generation Z college students in Bengkulu City. The study population consists of active students from four universities: Dehasen University (UNIVED), Bengkulu University (UNIB), Muhammadiyah Bengkulu University (UMB), and Prof. Dr. Hazairin University (UNIHAZ). A sample of 84 respondents was selected using purposive sampling, with the criterion being active students who have used e-wallets for at least the past three months. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares (PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS. The results of the study indicate that lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on e-wallet usage, with a path coefficient of 0.625 and a t-statistic of 9.949 > 1.96, and a positive and significant effect on hedonism, with a path coefficient of 0.554 and a t-statistic of 8.397 > 1.96. However, lifestyle does not have a significant direct effect on impulsive consumption behavior, with a path coefficient of 0.066 and a t-statistic of 0.822 < 1.96. Meanwhile, e-wallets have a positive and significant effect on impulsive consumption behavior with a path coefficient of 0.562 and a t-statistic of 3.793 > 1.96, and hedonism also has a positive and significant effect on impulsive consumption behavior with a path coefficient of 0.313 and a t-statistic of 2.378 > 1.96. The mediation test results indicate that e-wallets and hedonism fully mediate the relationship between lifestyle and impulsive consumption behavior, with Sobel test t-statistic values of 3.577 and 2.163, respectively, both greater than 1.96. The coefficient of determination (R²) for the impulsive consumption behavior variable is 0.744, meaning that 74.4% of the variation in impulsive consumption behavior can be explained by lifestyle and hedonism, while the remaining 25.6% is explained by other factors outside the model. These findings indicate that Gen Z students’ lifestyles do not directly trigger impulsive consumption behavior, but rather through increased intensity of e-wallet usage and levels of hedonism. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of digital financial literacy as well as self-control when transacting using e-wallets.
2026-05-29T00:00:00+00:00Hak Cipta (c) 2026 Tractare: Jurnal Ekonomi-Manajemenhttps://journal.stiebpbatam.ac.id/tractare/article/view/201 The Effect of Work Motivation, Work Discipline and Supervision on Employee Performance at PT Cahaya Marine Indonesia in Batam 2026-06-04T07:38:51+00:00Imelda Mite imelmite@gmail.comFeliks Dabur felixpondo@gmail.comLaurensius Dihe Sangalaurensiusdihesanga@gmail.com
supervision, both partially and simultaneously, on the performance of employees at PT Cahaya Marine Indonesia in Batam City.
